ABOUT ME:
I am originally from Wamego. I started at Boys & Girls Club of Manhattan in January of 2020, and became a seasonal employee while I went to college. I graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education in Social Studies. Besides Boys & Girls Club, I have previous working experience at the William Allen White Library on the Emporia State University campus.

What makes BGC special?
BGC is special because it is a place where kids can go to learn and to just be kids. It gives them a place where they can go and feel safe after school.

What do you like to do when not at work?
When I am not at work I like to spend time with friends and family playing games or watching shows. Playing video games is another hobby of mine to help me destress and focus on something else.

What do you hope our members take away from you?
Something that I hope our members take away from me is that they are able to show respect to everyone.
